Sveilis Design har inte st\u00f6tt p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra bekymmer, bara uppskattning, ang\u00e5ende v\u00e5ra silhuette-avbildningar av byggnader och allm\u00e4n konst (statyer, stadsvapen etc). I Sverige \u00e4r den s.k. panoramafriheten<\/em> inskriven i Upphovsr\u00e4ttslagen<\/strong> (Lag [1960:729] om upphovsr\u00e4tt till litter\u00e4ra och konstn\u00e4rliga verk<\/em>)<\/strong>, 2 Kap. (“Inskr\u00e4nkningar i upphovsr\u00e4tten”) 24\u00a7:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. om de stadigvarande \u00e4r placerade p\u00e5 eller vid allm\u00e4n plats utomhus,<\/li>
  2. om syftet \u00e4r att annonsera en utst\u00e4llning eller f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av konstverken, men endast i den utstr\u00e4ckning som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att fr\u00e4mja utst\u00e4llningen eller f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen, eller<\/li>
  3. om de ing\u00e5r i en samling, i kataloger, dock inte i digital form.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Freedom of panorama<\/strong> (FOP<\/strong>) (Panoramafrihet p\u00e5 Svenska) is a provision in the copyright laws of various jurisdictions that permits taking photographs and video footage and creating other images (such as paintings) of buildings and sometimes sculptures and other art works which are permanently located in a public place, without infringing on any copyright that may otherwise subsist in such works, and the publishing of such images. Panorama freedom statutes or case law limit the right of the copyright owner to take action for breach of copyright against the creators and distributors of such images. It is an exception to the normal rule that the copyright owner has the exclusive right to authorize the creation and distribution of derivative works. The phrase is derived from the German term Panoramafreiheit.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
